Pretty proud of myself! I tried on a Sportsgirl dress today, I desperately needed something cute (and cheap!) to wear out tonight. It wasn't quite right, so I've gathered bits in the chest.  On sale 29.95! Yay!
My handywork is a little uneven, but looks much better! Looked a bit like a sack on me before! To gather pieces of fabric, you just sew a loose straight line where you want it to gather and pull the cotton gently and distribute the fabric how you like it, then knot each end of the cotton. Quick and easy!

Yes you guessed it, I'm having a sick day off work. This seems to be the only chance I get to add to this blog. Oh well.
I have been eyeing off (no pun intended!) these sunnies from Sportsgirl for ages, since they first came instore a few months ago! $34.95

So I bought them! (Also wearing Cotton On chambrey denim shirt and diva frill necklace).

Also bought this leopard print skirt for $13 from Sportsgirl on sale.
Looks like a less trashy version of leopard print is right on trent at the moment (it never really leaves though does it?)

And now for some ancient-old outfit pics!
So this first one, is soo long ago, maybe 3-4 years! (So much skinnier, hah!).
Next one Im wearing a vintage dress, cut up tights, Havianas, Rubi scarf, Supre belt and Cotton On blazer.
Mink Pink blazer, Cotton On dress, Jay Jays shining tights and the love of my life purple patent Doc Martens! Next pic: Havianas, Ebay vintage leggings, Cotton On skirt and denim shirt

Today Im having a day off work sick. So I thought this was the perfect time to start a blog.
I read so many blogs and collect so many pics, it was only a matter of time before I started my own. I have always been into fashion for as long as I can remember, but now more than ever, it's an obsession. I now work in fashion, where everyone is gorgeous and dresses so well, and Im constantly surrounding by pretty clothes. I've become a bit more adventurous in what I wear and I also shop so much more (although Im being paid well, it's never enough).

So! My latest purchases: Supre turban style headband. $12. Just like Ashley Olsen's (who of course wore it probably years ago) I have wanted one for ages but never really thought I'd be brave enough to wear it.

I am waiting on my beloved Patent Lilac Doc Marten boots to come in the mail from England. I got them for $103AU plus $30 shipping, so all together, $50 cheaper then the shop here. Im only hoping they will go with some things I've got, and I'll be brave enough to wear them. But just quietly, even just them being in my presence is worth the cash!
Today is not only my sick day off, some other important world events happened today. Today is also the day Michael Jackson died. RIP 1958-2009. So to give tribute to an amazingly talented man, here is the best outfit ever: MJ in the Beat it film clip
